I like to take my granddaughter to get donuts after school, she likes the strawberry sprinkles, they was rude, did not greet us and they gave her the wrong donut. She is so young and does not understand that we do not have to keep going there to get nasty service and not get what we asked for and they never wrap it up, they just throw it in the bag without a napkin.Worst service ever
The people that are working on the windows at DunkinBaskin Donuts are RUDE and they do not have any patience and they do not know how to say thank you or give you your receipt to you. The taste of the hash browns are too greasy and they are over cooked and cold. I am so disappointed in the service that I have been receiving at the last 14 stores for Dunkin Donuts, I am going to buy the kcups and make my own coffee. I do not recommend this product.
All I can say is visit the store in Cleveland ga. They are very friendly and fast and I always get quality product

I’m very disappointed I found this in my food and was unable to eat my meal because a dead fly was inside my bag with my food
